Join Whiteaker Printmakers for a reception at the Maude Kerns Art Center gallery to kick off this year’s Emerald Print Exchange show.
169 unique, hand-pulled, 5”x7” prints submitted to the 2023 Emerald Print Exchange will be shown at the Maude Kerns Art Center gallery, Sep 8-29. Works will be auctioned for purchase online while remaining in the gallery for in-person viewing throughout the auction.
Traditional printmaking by members of Whiteaker Printmakers is on view in Members’ Impressons, in the gallery at Oregon Art Supply during July and August.

“Pressing Matters 2018,” Whiteaker Printmakers' second juried printmaking exhibition, runs Nov 6 - 30 at the Emerald Art Center in neighboring Springfield, Oregon. Gallery hours are Tuesdays through Saturdays, 11 - 4, and on Friday, November 9, 5-8 pm, during the Downtown Springfield Second Friday Artwalk.
“Pressing Matters 2018,” Whiteaker Printmakers' second juried printmaking exhibition, opens November 6 at the Emerald Art Center in neighboring Springfield, Oregon. Thirty contemporary works selected by juror Margaret Prentice will showcase traditional printmaking techniques including etching, monotype, mezzotint, woodcut, linocut, screenprinting, and lithography. The exhibition runs through November 30.
The Emerald Art Center gallery is open Tuesdays through Saturdays, 11 - 4, and on Friday, November 9, 5-8 pm, during the Downtown Springfield Second Friday Artwalk..
Sue Allen, whose show “Wild and Tame” is at the WhitPrint studio gallery Oct 16 - Nov 15, visits the studio for a reception and talk Nov 2, 3-5 pm.
The 99 works submitted to Emerald Print Exchange 2018 will be exhibited at Out On A Limb Gallery for the entire month of October. They’re for sale — buy two, they’re small! — and all proceeds will benefit both FAB and PAN. Out On A Limb is open Wed-Sat 11-5 and Sun 9-3.
“Wild and Tame,” a collection of works by Oregon printmaker Sue Allen, opens October 16 at the Whiteaker Printmakers studio gallery in Eugene.
Local artist and WhitPrint member Robert Canaga exhibits his smaller paintings at the Whiteaker Printmakers studio gallery throught October 11. The studio is open to the public Tuesdays and Thursdays, 11AM to 5PM, or by appointment.
Submission deadline is September 2 for “Pressing Matters 2018” presented by Whiteaker Printmakers and Emerald Art Center. Exhibit runs November 6-30 in Springfield, Oregon. All traditional (hand-pulled) printmaking techniques are eligible for entry. Four entries will be selected for cash awards of up to $500.00.
The Precious - Worship of Dragonfly & Cactus is an exhibition of mixed media work by Susan Detroy, Eugene artist and WhitPrint workshop instructor. On display in the studio gallery through August 30, 2018. Gallery hours: 11-5, Tuesdays and Thursdays, or by appointment.

The exhibition runs August 2 through September 2.
